Jambo Truong has trained with some of the world's leading practitioners of yoga, Ayurveda, traditional chinese medicine and applied Kinesiology. He sits on the board of advisors for Yoga Alliance UK and is helping to set standards for Yoga Therapy. Jambo holds a degree in Integrated Health and has worked in the field of addictions, Hepatitis C, Mental Health, Professional and Competitive athletes. He helps Ana Forrest spread the work of Forrest Yoga to addicts and has recently been requested to assist Ellen Heed. This course will involve the Anatomical functions of twelve primary muscles, how to test, manipulate and correct them to help restore the body to optimum health. Topics will include Muscle Activation Technique, Myofascial release, Qi Gong and more.
